We took a road trip to
California!
We left Friday after Paul got of work and stayed the night in St. George left the next day to make the long drive. It actually wasn't too bad. On the drive there I noticed some red spots on Connly's cheek and just thought he was getting warm in his seat. He got the rash that the Doctor warned us about that some babies get after their one year shots. I thought for sure we lucked out and didn't get it. Dang it in minutes it covered his whole body! I felt so bad for him. 
Monday we went to DISNEYLAND and loved every single minute of it. I've always loved Disneyland but taking your kids is the very best! I could spend hours in toon town letting Connly "drive" all the toon town cars. He loved it.

We headed over to Micky's house to meet him. Walking through his house there is music playing and Connly was loving it. Breakin out his moves.
Connly was on the GO... no time to stand in line.
Finally the moment we were all waiting for

What a fun day at Disney! Rachel took Genny and Connly home with her around 4. Paul and me played the rest of the night for our Anniversary. We had a ton of fun. We ate at the restaurant that is inside of the Pirates ride...I forgot whats its called. It was fun.:)
Tuesday morning Connly was able to go to Baby Dance with Genny. He loved! I loved it! I'm going to try and find one up here!
That night we went to Huntington Beach and ate at Ruby's on the pear. Connly got his own little kids meal that comes with this sweet car. He loved taking it apart.
We've been trying to get him to suck out of a straw and he would just bite on it but he started to suck and we were so excited lol Its kinda funny how certain little things make us so excited.
...this was the view that we had while eating...soooo pretty. We love the ocean.
Hi meet my crazy husband lol What a goof. Gotta love him tho. You should of seen the looks he was getting. I think secretly he wants to be a Ninja?
Connly thought his Daddy was pretty funny.
We walked up and down up the street going to all the shops. We had a good time.
Look at my two stud muffins!lol
Crazy thing happened. This slide was there and no one was going down it. So I told Paul to take Connly down. They climb all the way up and got to this point and this guy comes around the corner and says oh its five dollars to go down this slide...REALLY? five bucks! I'm trying to tell Paul to come back down and the guy says well since he's already up there he can come down and I wont charge ya. I couldn't believe it. No wonder why there was no one going down.
Wednesday we went to Seal Beach and to the Pacific fish aquarium

Paul was in heaven feeding the birds!
Connly couldn't keep his eyes off the birds lol
There were birds at the Fish aquarium. haha look at his face. He doesnt look too sure of that little bird.
He warmed up to the idea and was having a blast running around pointing at all the birds.
This picture scares me!!!!!!!!! Sharks are my worst fear!
I have a secret. I like to watch shows about whales hahahaha There Mckel its out. Now everyone is going to think I'm weird. I do! I don't know why. Look at how big they are!! They can fit 50 people on their tungs!!!! Eeek.
We left Cali around 5:30 that night. I was worried we were leaving too late but a miracle happpened. Connly slept the whole 7 hours to St. george we got there around 1 am we changed his diaper and put him in bed and he didnt wake up til 9 the next morning...I was shocked. He was one tired little guy.We had a fun spring break! The sunny weather was awesome!We are also glad to be home.If only it wouldnt be so cloudy here! Or is the sun out now? I don't know we live in the basement apartment and can never til what its like outside unless we walk outside.

Keish I love all these pictures. Your baby is getting big. I love his blue flip flops. You should frame the one of you guys and the sunset on the pier! It makes me jealous. I wanna take russ to disneyland. I hate not having moneys. Maybe after the wedding huh? Glad you guys got to go. your such a good mommy
