So tired!
Thanks for being there mom! She is a trooper she stayed awake with me the whole time! Not to mention she is a great pushing coach!:)

On January 22nd we went to the doctor's around 8:45 I was still at a three. He striped my membranes again. He said wow this little boy has a lot of hair! I couldn't believe he could actually feel his head. He then goes on to tell us he was leaving town tomorrow and we needed to get this baby here today haha We laughed because we both knew I'd been trying anything and everything to get him to come out for weeks. He says go home have sex(sorry but that's what he said) and then go for a long walk and if you feel anything go in. I tried not to get my hopes up but I couldn't help but be so excited. So we went for a run down the all too famous hill I went hopping, skipping and running down everyday. Then went and walked around the temple for about an hour I started to feel a few contractions nothing too big but he said if I felt anything go in. We walked over to the hospital at one and I've never pretended to be so brave and I thought for sure they were going to send me home. They got me all hooked up to the machines the nurse checked me I was still at a three and I was having contractions just not too close together the they called Doctor Thompson he was there delivering another baby so he came in and checked me almost a four so they told me they were going to watch me for an hour and then go from there. My contractions got really close about three minutes apart! A miracle happened!!;) The nurse had me walk around the halls for an hour it was so hard to walk but we did it and they decided to keep me at four o clock. I called my mom told her they were keeping me so her, my dad and sisters headed down. The nurse put my i.v. in I was so nervous I hate getting them! They had to poke me twice:( They broke my water at 5 I went as long as I could go without getting the epidural. I finally decided I couldn't take it anymore and asked for the epidural. My mom made it around eight I can't tell you how happy I was to see her!! They told us he'd be a midnight baby so knowing just a few more hours our sweet baby boy be there made me so happy! Well three different nurses later, epidural machine batteries going dead, feeling everything again, 20 hours of being in labor, only twenty minutes of pushing our baby Connly made his way into this world!!! BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD! I love being a mom! We love Connly more than anything and love that we get to be his parents! Life couldn't be better!

Have that baby already!!!

That's probably what your thinking...I'm thinking the same thing!
I'm patiently waiting to go into labor:) I'm doing good just so excited to finally meet our little miracle. Two more days until our due date! Went to the Doctor on Tuesday and I was at a three. He striped my membranes again. He also told me I have a little hernia to the side of my belly button. It should go away after I have the baby. I didn't notice it because my belly button has been poking out for quite some time now so I didn't realize it until he pointed it out. He also said if Connly's not here by Thursday night(tonight) to come in Friday morning and he's going to stripe my membranes again and check things out. So we'll see where we are again tomorrow morning.
Something happened the other day on the way to the Doctor I sneezed and I wasn't sure if my water broke or if I peed my pants so I text Mckel to see what she thought.
Me: Hey I just sneezed and I think my water broke or I just peed my pants?
Mckel: Really? Is it still leaking out?
Me: Nope so I guess I just peed my pants! Awesome.
Mckel: lol Great!
It wasn't funny to me at the time because I just peed my pants but now I can laugh about it:)
Crazy things your body goes through when your pregnant!

I've come to the realization that Mr. Connly will come when he wants and when he's ready to come. You can't make them come...believe me I've tried everything you can think of. And I'm okay with it he will come soon enough!
39 weeks & 5 days

One more thing the other night I was getting ready for bed said my prayers had a little talk with heavenly father about when Connly will make his way here. I then decided to read a few verses before i went to sleep this time I decided to just open up my scriptures and read the first high lighted scripture i see and this is the scripture that was high lighted!

D&C 39:21

For the time is at hand; the day of the hour no man knoweth; but it surely shall come.

You may take it differently but I took it as No man knows when Connly will come but he surely shall come.

Kinda funny how Heavenly Father answers our prayers!

Paul and Avia are cute little buddies:)

Sunday We all got up and went to Elder Stevenson's Homecoming he served with my brother two times and Paul and him also served together and went to the same high school. He did a very good job and it was nice to meet him. After church we got our Sunday naps in then went and played Tennis and played at the playground with the kids.

I'm not really sure what Dad, Paul and Mckel are doing in this picture...no one told them to pose lol

A is for AVIA

Dad showing us how the pros do it lol

It was so nice to have our family in town and spend time with them. Its been awhile since they've all been able to come down. Paul and me love them so much and are sad when they have to go home. We're very blessed with great family. Family is EVERYTHING. We have this quote in our house that I love it says FAMILY those who put your heart at ease. They do put our hearts at ease and we can just relax and have a good time. We love it! and We love them!:)

KUI and TINKER

My mom sent me these pictures of the newest members of our family. My parents gave the grand kids Kui for Christmas. Jordan named him and its a Hawaiian name. Tinker is Jayden, Jaren and Mandee's new puppy!

Everyone take a guess...

Mckel had everyone take a guess before they left St. George yesterday of when
Connly will make his grand arrival!
Dad- 21st @ 11:30
Mom- 19Th
Mckel- 15Th
Mike(Steve)-13Th
Mandee-18Th
Jaren(uncle Ed)-16Th
Jordan- 2oth
Paul-17Th
Keisha-Today please?
I'm kidding about my guess it would be nice to have him today BUT Paul and I are and have been enjoying the time we have for just us! I'm doing good and I'm not feeling too uncomfortable which is nice because some people say they were dying the last month. For me the beginning was the worst and the end hasn't been too bad.
The end(and a whole new beginning!) is in sight... and that is good enough for me!
Take a guess of when you think he'll come!:)

Happy New Year!!!

January 2010!!!Our Baby Boy will be here this month! We will be parents...this month! Crazy to think. I thought this month would never come and now that its here it kinda feels like it came pretty quick. We are 37 weeks pregnant today!
It's a busy month lots of exciting things will be happening!

Bringing in 2010 at the Nielsen's!

Paul worked until 11 so I spent the evening with Lisa and little Cache man. Our plan was to go to Roberts and get a craft to make until our husbands got off work. We got to Roberts a hour late they closed early for the holiday. So we headed back to Lisa's, Danielle came and we just hung out and talked. Oh and of course played with Cache! 11 came and the party began! It was a Ugly Sweater party I couldn't find one Di was fresh out but we did find a pretty sweet one for Paul:) We ate tons of yummy food and watched the ball drop and got our New Year's kisses in!:) We were there until around 1:30(that's late for a pregnant girl)! We had a really fun night!

Thanks guys!

Little Cache! His smile could melt any one's heart!
