I'm trying to eat! Where is my Dad I need a break from my Mom she always has a camera in my face. That is probably what he's thinking.

1. Makes the cutest little sounds

2. Still curls up like a little cat most every time you pick him up

3. LOVES bath time

4. Loves tummy time

5. Doesn't love getting dressed and undressed

6. Loves looking at lights

7. Starting to follow the animals around on his bouncer

8. He's a good eater!

9. Wearing 3 month clothes.

10. Still wakes up to eat 1 to 2 times at night.

11. Likes the sound of the blow dryer

12. The pad on his changing table cannot stay clean.

13. Starting to like his swing more and more.

14. Has the cutest smile even if it's just gas. I swear there real smiles now tho!?

15. Before I put him down for bed I sing the primary song I'm a child of god and he goes right to sleep.

Connly and me were invited to Avia's 5th birthday party! She is a whole hand full and smarter than a whistle is what she told me and I have to agree she is the smartest 5 year old I know! I'm so glad we were able to go spend the day with her!I can't believe she is 5! She is so cute with Connly.We love you so much Av!

We had a few really nice days in St. George so we went for a little walk...He loved so much he fell asleep:)

I want to write more about my little man but he just woke up and needs his momma so thats all for today!

Connly's 2nd week...

All his mittens were dirty this day so I put socks on his hands and they actually stay on better look a little funny but we can't be letting him scratch his face right?:)

Paul took the week off of work to be with Connly and me. We had some good family time. I love my boys so much! These pictures are not in the order we are having computer problems at our house my laptop has a virus and Paul's computer is extra slow and it wont let me move the pictures.

We went to Nephi for the weekend this is me and Connly boy hanging out while everyone was at church.

Great grandma fay, Grandma Donna, My dad, Me and Connly.

My grandma fay is 93 I really think she might live to be 100. She isn't able to get out a whole lot but she is still getting around her house and she still knows whats going on. We love her so much.

Grandma Shirley came to meet Connly while we were in town.

Earlier in the week before we went to Nephi Hollie and Jaxon came to meet Connly:) Jaxon is a cutie!

I get to spend every minute of every day with our cute little man and I love every minute of it! I feel so blessed. I can't get enough of him. I love kissing his chubby cheeks(he got the chubby cheeks from me). I love just looking into his eyes and talking to him. I love his gas smiles. I love his cry its a cute cry(except when he is REAL mad that ones a sad one)I love his faces he pulls. I really just love everything about him. I love that I get the chance to be his mom. There really is nothing better than being a mom.

We found out at Connly's two week appointment that he had lost more weight(He lost 10oz at his first appointment and they say that is normal at the 5 day appointment but he should of been gaining that back by his 2 week appointment. He had lost too much weight and Dr Thompson was worried about him so they wanted me to feed him formula and to go home and pump to see how much milk I could pump out. I went home and pumped and got 1 ounce in about 45 min. our poor little guy wasn't getting enough to eat. I know now that's why he was screaming mad for about a couple days straight during his second week. They had us come back to check his weight two days later and he had gained some weight back so he is doing better now! We are now just feeding him formula which made me really sad because he latched on so good from day one and I really wanted to breastfeed but I didn't have enough milk to give him. He is lots happier with food in his tummy. I'm very happy that he is getting enough now

A week with Grandma Lori...

Connly's first week My mom came to stay for the week and I can thank her enough for all her help. I haven't hung out and talked with my mom everyday all day for a whole week like that probably since high school. I loved every minute of it.

but he then decided it wasn't that bad after all:)

He really is such a good guy.I'm really glad he was able to deliver Connly.

His first blow out:) I can't count how many times this is happened now. He's peed on both Paul and me a million times and the wall that his changing table is against a couple times. Almost every time he gets a bath. We're ready to cover him now but it caught us off gaurd the first couple times:)

Connly's first week was great! He is such a good baby. He loves bath time,He loves sleeping, bouncing on the exercising ball, being wrapped up tight before bed time, he wakes up around 12:30 or 1:00am and then again around 4:30 or 5:00am that's it. He is always curled up in a little ball unless he is mad.

My Dad, sisters and their kids came to see Connly and take my mom back to Nephi:( I was so happy to see them but knew that my mom was leaving and I didn't what to think about that. My mom was so much help. The week consisted of eating, talking, laughing,cuddling with Connly, eating and more cuddling with Connly! It came time for them to leave. Paul was at work. I hadn't really thought about my mom leaving all week so when she was packing up her bags to go it hit me pretty hard. It was going to be just Connly and me. I held my tears in until my mom was hugging me goodbye...I lost it! I cried like a baby! All us girls were crying not too long after I started...3 hours is just so far away!!!(I know it could be worse but thank goodness it isn't!) Thanks again so much mom for taking the week off and coming down to take care of us!
